[KEUXEIt's SPEOIAt.I - , - MELBOURNE. August 9. The Governors of all the Australian colonies have accepted an invitation to the opening of the Exhibition. Sir Hercules Eobinson has, of course, been obliged to decline. Captain Payne, Harbourmaster, has been suspended from his position, fop neglecting to notify the removal of the fog-horn from the harbour.
