Lot 1, All that piece of land fronting Plymouth and Keith Btreets, being the corner portion of Suburban Block 39, having a frontage to each Btreet of 85ft, on which has been lately erected a commodious and substantial dwelling-house. Lot 2. Parts of Sections 908 and 909, adjoining the above, having a frontage of 47ft to Keithstreet by a depth ot 85ft, with a four-roomed cottage and veniences thereon. Lot 3.
