Stornibird left Wellington at :: p.m. on Sunday; experienced i'l-esh northerly wind, which increased to a gale, with heavy westerly sea, cans-in^hor-to be brought up at Kapiti for the ni^ht. She leCt there again at 10 a.vi. yesterday ; arrived 'off the bar at 9 p.m. ; crossed at 10 p.m., and anchored in the river at 10.15 last night.
