Elibank CastK from Oamaru, daily. The 8.8. Clyde is at present bar-bound at Rangitikei. Yesterday afternoon, the St. Kilda came up to the wharf again, and discharged her sheep. By our telegrams it will be seen that heavy gales are being experienced on tho West Coast, and that shipping is suffering considerably. The Taupo, with the Frisco mail on board, left Nelson for Picton yesterday, at noon ; from Picton she goes on to Wellington, and should have arrived there last night.
