Wtmond and Co., having purchased the whole of their Stock in Trade from them, at a heavy discount, for Cash, is now prepared to supply Drapery and Clothing at Wholesale Prices for Cash, In soliciting the continued support and patronage of his numerous friends and the public of Wauganui and surrounding districts generally, H. L. NICHOLAS & CO. desire to note particularly that it will be their constant aim aud endeavour to continue to sell, at the lowest possible price for cash, First Class Materials of every description. The success that has attended the efforts of T. S. Wymond & Co leads the present Proprietors to believe that there exists a praiseworthy desire on the part of the public to encourage the system of Cash Business, specially where superior advantages are offered, and your support and patronage is respectfully solicited. Any article purchased aud not approved of will be exchanged with the same courtesy with which it was sold. The Stock will be found thoroughly assorted in all the various departments, fresh, clean, and free from rubbish. A Splendid Assortment of flannels, shirtings, quilts, toilet covers, curtains, sheetings, blankets, ruga, stays, underclothing, dresses, costumes, winceys, Erench merinos, plaids, woollen goods, furs, ladies' aud children's iackets, mantles, shawls, millinery, fancy goods men's boys' and youths' clothing, hals, caps, braces, hosiery, scarfs, ties, belts, &c, and a-11 the usual assortment of goods that go to make up a Drapery and Clothing Stock. Heads of Families, Country Settlers, Hotelkeepers, as well as Purchasers of Drapery in general, should visit the Hall of Commerce, and inspect for themselves before purchasing their Winter Goods. Shipments of new goods constantly arriviDg, and any article required aud not in stock will be procured in the shortest possible time upon receipt of order. Note the Address — H. L.
