Messrs Harris Bros, announce their next monthly stock sale at Marton, on Monday, the hour being fixed for 1 p.m. The catalogue includes 30 uure-bred Lincoln rams as follows : 20 two-tooth and 10 six-tooth ; 20 quiet cows in milk, with calves at their heels, and other stock since entered. The class of stock to be offered should ensure a numerous .attendance of buyers. [BY TELEGRAPH]. . . AUCKLAND, Oct. 27. Binn£Y. reports : Plour (star), £16 10s ; ' superfine, £15 10s ; sharps, £8 10s ; bran, £7 10s ; oats, 2s lOd to 3s ; barley, nominal ; oatmeal, £14 ; bacon, lOd ; cheese, 9d. Buckland reports : Pat cattle, 28s to 32s . 6d per lOOlbs; shorn sheep, 2id per lb. Dunedin, Oct. 27. Wheat is still scarce ; best northern samples command, readily, 6s ; inferior and medium, 5s 3d to 5s 9d ; oats are freely dealt in at 2s 2d to 2s 3d for fair to fine feed, and up to 2s 4d for malting. Stocks on hand of wheat and. oats are very slight. Barley, without change ; quotations nominal, at 4s for fine malting, and 2s to 2s 6d for feed.
