Oct 10 SALE OF CONFISCATED LANDS PATEA DISTRICT. 127 Town Sections, Kakaeamea, 8,000 Acees, Patea Disteict (Neai*Kakaramea) . A SALE of Town Sections, Kakaramea, and of Rural Sections, Patea District, Province of Taranaki, will take place by public auction, at the Court House Carlvle, on Thursday, the 26fch October, at 12 o'clock nooii. The Town Sections are favourably situated on the main line of road, and adjoin the Military Township. The Eural Sections (varying in area from 50 to 464 acres) are easily accessible by a district road, and the bush through the block to be offered is being felled two chains wide for a distance of three miles. Tenders for felling three miles further will shortly be called for. The land is of excellent quality, and, being lightly timbered, may be quickly and cheaply cleared for settlement. A schedule, showing upset prices and areas of sections, with terms <>f ■ sale, &c, may be seen in the ' New Zealand Gazette,' of the 14th September,|and every information obtained ?.t thia office.
