A SALE of Town Sections, Kakaramea, and of Rural Sections, Patea District, Province of Taranaki, will take place by public auction, at the Court House Carlvle, on Thursday, the 26fch October, at 12 o'clock nooii. The Town Sections are favourably situated on the main line of road, and adjoin the Military Township. The Eural Sections (varying in area from 50 to 464 acres) are easily accessible by a district road, and the bush through the block to be offered is being felled two chains wide for a distance of three miles. Tenders for felling three miles further will shortly be called for. The land is of excellent quality, and, being lightly timbered, may be quickly and cheaply cleared for settlement.
