THE following construction order has Treen received from the Chairman of the Wan^aebu Highway Board: — "The Wangaehu Highway Board having considered the Plans, Sections and other documents deposited in respect of the proposed Makirikiri and Denlair lines of road, in the Wangaehu Highway District, and having considered the various objections made by the owners, lessees, and occupiers of the intersected lands, to the lines as selected and laid off for the said proposed lines by the Board's Engineer, the Board hereby order the said lines to be constructed according to the lines so selected and laid off." Under the provisions of the thirtythird Clause of" The Highway Boards Empowering Act, 1871," 1,. Henry Bunny, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby appoint that the objections referred to in the above ''Resolution shall be heard at the Superintendent's Office, at the building belonging to the Provincial Q overnment, on the Eeclaimed Land, in the City of Wellington, on Saturday, the fourth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and seventysix, at twelve o'clock noou.
