WILLIAM DALE WILL submit to public competition in the Town Hall, Carlyle, on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 26th, immediately after the" Government sale ofthe OTOIA OPAKU BLOCK, the Township of WOODVILLE, in quarter and half-acre sections. Title under Land Transfer Act. Terms of payment — One-fourth of the purchase money in cash, on the fall of the hammer ; the remainder iv two equal instalments, three and six months from date of sale, without interest. Note — The above township is now beinglaid off at the junction of Bail and Hursthouse Roads, being the key to the Otoia Opaku Block. Another large block of land adjoining the above is now being surveyed by the Government previous to sale, the traffic from Avhieh must of necessity also pass through the township. An hotel and store will shortly be erected in the township, and the owner wiil expend a sum of at least -650 in improvirg the roads laid off in the township, which is very level, and is distant about nine miles inland from the town of Carlyle.
