AND NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that any person who may wish to prefer objection to the granting of' such Letters Patent, is hereby required, within fuur calendar months from the publication of this notice, to send to the office of John Boyle Bennett, Esq , Re gistrar-General, at Wellington, iu the Piovince of Wellington, in the said Colony of New Zealand, (being the person appointed for that purpose under the provisions of the “ Patents Act, I 860,”) a statement- in writing. setting forth the grounds of such objection, and subscribed with the proper name and address of the person so objecting.
