XT AYE received instructions from Mr. Charles Parkes to offer by Public Auction, Ten Quarter Acres of his Suburban Section No. 35, in the Victoria-avenue, together with the Leases of a Five-acre block and Quarter-acre Section in the Industrial School Reserve Land, with frontage to Victoria-avenue. The Quarter-acre Sections will comprise two Corner Sections to Victoria-avenue, Dublin, and Wicksteed Streets, and eight Quarter-acres on the rising ground in a line with Mr. Porter’s residence. The Leases of the School Lands have 14 years unexpired, and both are well fenced and grassed. The Sale will take place on the ground at 12 o’clock, on the 31st inst., that the public may have an opportunity of viewing some of the finest and healthiest situations for Villa residences in this Settlement, commanding, without interruption, the sea breezes on the one side and the land breezes direct from the Taupo Ranges on the other.
