WHEREAS a quantity uf Horses, Eighteen in number, consisting o Mares, Geldings, Yearlings, and one Entire the- Owners of which are unknown, did on* the 17th day of October instant break into the Paddocks of Mr. Robert Hume, of Fordel, in the district of Wanganui, and did considerable injury to his Crofs, NOTICE is hereby given, that the same will be sold at the expiration of One Month from the date hereof, unless the Owners of the said Horses ceine forward and claim the same, and pay the damage incurred by such trespass, and for the grazing of the same.
