U the Undersigned 1 hereby- give you jij :;Nutice that I am about to erect a sufficient, Dividing Fence between your land and mine; and I call upon you to assist me in. erecting such dividing fence within 31 days from this date, otherwise I shall proceed to erect the same, and charge-you with the moiety of the cost thereof, in conformity with the Fencing act of the Provincial Council of the Province of Wellington, Session 1, No. 13.
