CAPTAIN ALLISON’S Company of Rifle Volunteers will Parade at the usual time and place on Monday, the 15th inst., and on the Third Monday in each ensuing month till further orders. By command, J. TENDERS will be received at this Office until 12 noon of Monday, 22nd inst., from Persons willing to contract for furnishing the undermentioned Supplies, in such quantities, at such times, and at such places within the limits of the tpwni .of Wanganui, as may be directedJby tbeßjndersigned, or by his successor in office, dining the S j ven Calendar Months, commencing the Ist September next. Bread 1 , Fresh Meat ! at P erlb ' Groceries, at per ration. Sound wheaten or oaten Straw for Bedding, at per 100 lb. No Tender will be accepted unless upon the printed form- furnished from this Office, and duly signed by the Contractor and two Sureties. The accounts of Contractors for supplies to the Barrack Department will not be paid until they have been sent to Headquarters for examination and signature of the Head of the Department, as required by War Oflice Regulations.
