Provincial Secretary’s Office, • March 12,1863. lIJOTICE is hereby given, that the Maul: taraua Board of Wardens have given notice of their intention to form a new Line of Road (by consent of the Landholders interested therein) between the No. 1 and No. 2 Line Wanganui. The Board of Wardens for this District hereby give notice, that they have deposited a Plan of this intended I.ine at the Provincial Secretary’s Office, Wellington ; also, that a Plan of the same can be seen at the office of the District Surveyor, Wanganui. The proposed Line commences at the present termination of the No. 2 Line, and proceeds along the boundary fence between the lands of Messrs. Young and Harrison, j thence crossing on to the lands of the Messrs. Young for a few chains, it again enters the lands of 11. S. Harrison, and so continues along and to the end if then boundary feuce separating the lands of Messrs. Allison and Harrison, thence crossing the land of the late Mr. Blyth, it unites s the No. 1 and No. 2 Lines. 1 Notice is further given, that the Boardji will meet for the purpose of hearing ob- i jections to this Line at the Rutland Hotel,M on Thursday, the 18th of June next, at'i 12 o’clock noon. ’ H.
