The "Wanganui Chronicle ” is. published Weekly, and forwarded, by each Mail to every part of the Colony, and to Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Van Diemen’s Land, .Swan River, Mauritius, Cape of Good Hope, ;Great Britain and Ireland, the United States, India, & China. Terms of Subscription, Thirteen Shillings a half-year, or 11s 6d if paid in advance. Persons subscribing during the currency of a half year, will only be charged from the day of their com- - mencing. The Price of Advertisements, if for 8 lines 2s. 6d.; above 8 lines 3d. per line, or twtf shillings per inch ; and half price for every subsequent insertion. The number of Insertions to be stated on Advertisements, or they will be inserted until countermanded, and charged accordingly. Orders to alter or discontinue Advertisements must be in writing, and sent to the Office two days before publication. X. & P. having discovered that several of the Foreign Markets have been supplied with Spurious Imitations of the “ WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE,” the labels of which closely resemble those of the genuine Sauce, and in one or more instances with the names of L. & P; forged, they have deemed it their duty to caution the Public, and request purchasers to s6e that the names of Lea & Perrins are upon the Wrapper, Label, Stopper, and Bottle. L. & P. further jgive notice, that they will proceed against any one yrho may infringe upon their right, either by manu factoring, or vending such imitations, and have instructed their correspondents in the' various parts of the world, to advise them of such infringements.
