Ist. rjpHAT Valuable Town Acre, No. 96, sit1. uated in Abel Smith-street, Wellington adjoining the residence of Mr. Hickson, fenced in with a close fence, and having a small building erected thereon. Amongst the Horses there are the following thorough-bred Stock, viz.:— 4 Colts and Fillies, 4 yrs. old, hy Australian. 1 Mare 5 yrs. old, by Riddlesworth. 1 colt (entire), rising 2 yrs. old, by the Bishop of Osnalurgb, by Surplice, Surplice by the celebrated Touchstone. 1 Brood Mare, aged. Slip. The well known Estate of Lake. Alice, Rangitikei, comprising 1600 acres of Freehold Land, having two beautiful lakes in the centre of it. The land, which has about 30 acres of Manuka timber, is partly fenced in, and about 300 acres laid down in I ad clocks. The improvements consist of a good fiveroomed House, Men’s Hut, Sheep Pens, Drafting Yard, Wool shed, Shearing Shed, &c. ALSO. 3000 Marina Sheep (including 44 Merino Rams), subject to their lease for 3 years, from the Ist January, 1862, for £llsO. The Land will be sold with or without the Sheep. - 4tit. The ‘A sterope’ was built by Hall and Sons of in 1859, on the finest model, and is fitted, with ail the latest, improvement?, including a Patent Distilling apparatus capable of producing 50 gallons of fine aerated Water per day, and lias unrivalled accommodation for first and second Cabin Passengers, and will carry an experienced Surgeon.
