THE Wanganui Town Board hereby cautions all persons to abstain from Enclosing, Cultivating, or otherwise Injuring the Public Reserves within the Town of Wanganui, known, and marked on the Town Maps, as “the Queen’s Park” and “ Cook’s Gardens,” or any part thereof, as any person so offending will henceforth be liable to prosecution.
