THE “ Wanganui Chronicle ” is published Weekly, and foi warded by each Mail to iv'ery part of the Colony, and to Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Van Diemen's Land, Sivan River, Mauritius, Cape of Good Hope; Great Britain and Ireland, the United States, India, China, §c. Termsdf Subscription, Thirteen Shillings a half year, payable in advance. Persons subscribing during the currency of a halfyear, will only be charged from the day of their commencing. The Price of Advertisements, is for 8 lines 2s. , o d., above 8 lines 3d. per line, or two shillings per inch ; and half price\ for every subsequent insertion. The number of Insertions to be staled on Advertisements, or they will be inserted until countermanded, and charged accordingly. L. & P. having discovered that several of the Foreign Markets have been supplied with Spurious Imitations of the “ WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE,” the labels of which closely resemble those of the genuine Sauce, and in one or more instances with the names of L. & P. forged, they hav< deemed it their duty to caution the Public, and request purchasers to see that the namesof Lea & Perrins are upon the Wrapper. Label, Stopper, and Bottle. P. further give notice, that they will proceed against any one who may infringe upon their right, either by manu facturing or vending such imitations, and have instructed their correspondents in the various parts of the world, to advise them of such infringements.
