GOVEENMENT NOTICE. PROCLAMATION. By His Honor Isaac Earl Eeatherston, Esq', Suparintendent of the Province of Wellington, inj the Llands of New Zealand. WHERE A 3 by the Public Boards One thousand eight hundred ami fifty-six, of the Provincial Council of Wellington. It was enacted that the Superintendent might whenever he should deem -fit by Proclamation declare that a Board of Wardens for the Management of local Works and matters, should be established for any shire, district, township or ward, for the purposes of the said Act. AnA whereas it is deemed fit to establish a Board for the Town of Wanganui. iVow therefore I, Isaac Earl Eeatherston, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, under the power vested in me by the act referred to, do hereby Proclaim .that a Board of Wardens for the management of local Public JForks and matters shall be established for ’the Town of Wanganui, the boundaries of which I declare to be the Town of Wanganui as laid down in the official Maps thereof. Given under my hand and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Wellington, this ninth day of June, One thous and eight hundred and sixty-two I. E. FEATHERSTON, Superintendent.
