Senor Alartinez de la Rosa, the Ministerial candidate, was elected by 214 votes against 89 given in favour of Senor Rios Rosas, the opposition candidate. Baron Tecco, Sardinian ambassador to the court of Spain, has received his passports, and quitted Madrid, in consequence of Spain refusing to give up Neapolitan archives.
