HEREAiS by Deed of Assignment bearing date the 16th November, 1661, Stephen Curtis, of Wanganui* Merchant, trailing under the Firm of Stephen Curtis ami Co., did assign and convey unto William //ickson, of Wellington, Merchant, and Thomas Powell, Of Wanganui, Merchant, the whole of Ids Stock-in-7Yade, /*ersonal Estate and. Effects npon Trust for the benefit of the Creditors of- the said Stephen Curtis. All Persons therefore indebted to the said /Estate are required forthwith to pay the amount of their respective Debts to Messrs.
