Crown Lands Office, Wellington, 29th October; 1861. NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned Land Orders issued under the authority of the " Waste Lands Act; 1858,” and the “ Naval arid Military Settlers’ Act 1860,’’ are now ready for delivery at this office. In cases where the person entitled to the Land Order is unable to attend in person to receive it, it will be delivered to the bearer of an authority, according to the subjoined Form certified by a Magistrate or by a Solicitor of the Supreme Court. Form of Authority above referred to. I hereby authorise A. B., of to receive the Land Order issued in my favour, under the authority of the " Waste. Lands Act 1858,” or the “ Naval and Military Settlers’ Act 1860." (Signed) Witness
