THE Undersigned beg-to announce that they have been advised, of the shipment, per liermine, at Hamburg, oFa flock consisting of 30 Dams and 10 Ewes, of the pure Negretti breed, which have been consigned to them for disposal in New Zealand. These Shbep have been selected from the celebrated Flock of Mr. J. F. ITbffschlaeger, of Weisin, in Mecklenburg, who, desirous to extend the reputation of his breed, already so well known and appreciated in Australia, has shipped some of the choicest specimens of bis Flock to this Colony. Each particular Ram and Ewe will be accompanied by a pedigree attesting the purity of the blood, and it may be some recommendation to those interested in the growth and improvement of Wool, to add that the average of the flock, whence this selection is taken, is from 3£ to 4 lbs. of ;clean-washed wool from the Ewes, and from 1 7 to 8 lbs;. from the Rams, the quality of the fleece, the length, fineness, and evenness of the staple, is such as to have obtained for a long an average price of 3s per lb.
