Wanganui FerrySEALED TENDERS will be received at the Court House, at Wanganui, until 11 o’Clock on Thursday, the 26th day .of April, 1860, for conducting the Wanganui Ferry for One Year, subject to the following Conditions : Ist. The Ferry-House and Buildings on the Government Ground to be taken at a valuation. 2nd. The Rental to be paid monthly. 3rd. The provisions of the Ferry Act to be strictly enforced. 4th. Possession to be given One Month after the Tender is accepted. sth. Three Months Notice to be given by either party for discontinuing the Contract. 6th. Two securities will be required to the amount of Fifty Pounds each for the due fulfilment of the Contract. 7th.
