SEALED TENDERS will be received at the Court House, at Wanganui, until 11 o’Clock on Thursday, the 26th day of April, 1860, for conducting the Wanganui Feiry for One Year, subject to the following Conditions : Ist. The Ferry-House and Buildings on the Government Ground to be taken at a valuation. 2nd. The Rental to be paid monthly. 3rd. The provisions of the Ferry Act to be strictly enforced.
