WILL hold a Public Sale of Land at their Rooms, Victoria Avenue, on Thursday, 16th Feeruary Next, at 1 o’clock p.m., ae which will be offered, unless previously disposed of by private contract, That valuable Block of Land in the Upper Rangitikci, containing 375 Acres, more or less (situate in the “Horse Shoe,” Contiguous to Mr. Mcßeth’s Station.) A large portion of which .is fine . alluvial soil fit for the Plough, with a plentiful supply of wood and water, and is well adapted for a comfortable Homestead. v Also Sections No. 136, 100 Acres, and part of Section 137, 88 Acres, Left Bank of Wanganui River, about 5 miles from Town, and llies about midway between No. 1 and 2 i Lines.
