DECLARED DY PRESIDENT BENES ’TREATY LINK IN CHAIN OF SECURITY (By Telegraph—Presw Association—copyright* (Received This Day, 10.45 a.m.) LONDON, December 30. “I am convinced that Russia has no intention of interfering in the internal affairs of her neighbours," declared Dr Benes (President of Czechoslovakia) upon his arrival at Teheran from Russia. He added: “All Czecho-Russian questions have been clarified to the complete satisfaction al' both countries. Our treaty represents a Jink in the chain of security for Ihe post-war world. Our independence and integrity are now certain.”
