BY JAPANESE MILITARISTS. PROPAGANDA ORGANISATION IN CHINA. (Bv Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) NEW YORK. December 26. A Japan-China Society, a propaganda organisation headed by the former Japanese Premier Prince Konoye, will be launched at a cost of more than 10,000,000 yen to win co-operation in the Japanese occupied territories, said the Tokio official radio. Konoye will be assisted by leaders of the Japanese totalitarian political party and General 'Araki, a leading member of the ruling military clique.. Eiji Amau, president of the Japanese Board of Information, recently criticised the “low attitude of Britain and America, who do'not hesitate to utilise any methods for the attainment of their objectives.” At a mobilisation rally in Tokio, Amau warned the youth of the occupied territories to beware of the British and American propaganda. which had been responsible for the success of the North African and Italian campaigns, and particularly the fall of Italy.
