OFFERED BY GOEBBELS TO BERLINERS. FURTHER ATTACKS EXPECTED. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.40 a.m. ) LONDON, December 22. ' Goebbels, expressing Hitler’s thanks to Berlin A.R.P.-fire services, said, according to the Berlin radio: “We must expect still further attacks against Berlin, but the day is coming 'when our anti-aircraft defences, which are steadily growing stronger, and our retaliation will end the doings of those Huns of the air.” He added that once victory was won it would not be long before Berlin was rebuilt on a magnificent scale.
