DRUIDS’ LODGE

BUSINESS AT LAST NIGHT’S MEETING. A.D. Sister N. Cornick presided over a good attendance of members of the Masterton Druids’ Lodge, at a meeting held last night. Letters of thanks were received from members overseas for parcels sent to them during the year. Satisfactory reports were received of sick members, and accounts for £lB 7s 9d were passed. Several members referred to the success of the Christmas tea function on Saturday and congratulated the committee responsible. It was decided to send a letter- of thanks and appreciation to Captain Sutcliffe for his part in the proceedings. A visit had been paid by several officers to Totara Lodge for the halfyearly installation meeting. The next meeting was fixed for January 17. Christmas greetings were extended to the officers and members by the A.D. and reciprocated by P.A. Bro. W. R. Pawson.
