POLISH JUSTICE
NAZI CRIMINALS PUNISHED LONDON, November 5. It is increasingly interesting to note how efficiently Polish justice deals with Nazi criminals in Poland. It was reported a few months ago that at a wedding ceremony at the manor ol well-known estate owners, Mr and Mrs Horodynski; Gestapo officials suddenly arrived on June 24 and accusing them of harbouring two Polish guerilla fighters, executed them with their three children and all guests, 22 people in all. It was alleged at the time a local German, a trustee of a neighbouring estate, instigated this dastardly murder in order to acquire trusteeship of the Horodynski estate. The epilogue of this grim tragedy was enacted on October 13, indeed an unlucky thirteenth for Martin Fuldner, the trustee and his family. Members of the Polish Underground Movement brought by force from Cracow two high German officials and compelled them to witness the execution of Fuldner, his wife and child by orders of the Directorate of Underground Fighting in Poland.
