PARK CLUB.
CHAMPIONSHIP FOURS COMPETITION.
The championship fours will be advanced another stage on Saturday, when the following games, commencing at 1.30 p.m., will be played:— Moore, Andrews, Bell, Kilgour v. Maxted, P. Smith, Newton, Macpherson; Trevorrow, E. Brown, G. Brown, H. Smith v. McCord, Lee, Staniforth, Wallis; Heath, White, Ferguson, .Reader v. H. Dixon, F. Dixon, Leigh, Carstens; Drummond, Wallace, Spackman, Simpson v. Jenkins, O’Donnell, Carr, Osborne.’ . . The Masterton Club will visit the Park next weekend and players are asked to hand in their names as early as possible. Members are advised to read the notices on the boards at the Park pavilion relative to various tourneys over the holiday season. In a contest for the Feathers this week, Kilgour and Shearer (holders) Vvere-beaten by the colts, J. Ewington and Stimpson, 18/19.
