WAIRARAPA APPEAL BOARD SITTING IN LOWER VALLEY. DISTRICT CASES DEALT WITH. (“Times-Age” Special.) A sitting of the Wairarapa Armed Forces Appeal Board was held at Martinborough and Featherston yesterday. The chairman, Mr R. R. Burridge, presided, and, there were also present: Messrs D. L. Taverner and J. W. Lewis and Mr G. F. 'Whitlock, Crown representative and secretary. In the cases below the names of the person lodging the appeal is given in parentheses: — Adjourned sine die: I. R. Fenwick,, farm hand (F. .Wall), subject to control by Wairarapa Production Council; Ernest Cyril Karsten, fiaxmill hand (F. Wall); Nelson Victor Batt, flaxmill worker (W. R. Aicken); Gordon Morris Batt, flaxmill worker (W. R. Aicken); Lawrence G. Anderson, truck driver (reservist); Erin Joseph T. Flynq, farm hand (M. Flynn);. Sydney Archibald Herrick, dairy farmer (reservist); Richard Leslie Scadden, farm hand (W. L. Scadden); McGregor Allan Scott, sharemilker (R. R. PHardy); Bernard George Hosking, dairyman (reservist).
