PRESIDENT ROOSEVELT
MAY APPEAR BEFORE CONGRESS. ON RETURN FROM TEHERAN & CAIRO. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.35 a.m.) RUGBY, December 13. White House indications are that President Roosevelt will appear before Congress on his return from the Teheran and Cairo conferences, states a Washington message. The President’s Secretary (Mr Stephen Early) said that if Congress extended an invitation to the President, as to Mr Hull on his return from Moscow, it would be “natural to anticipate that the President would resporici.”
