RECENT THEATRE
“SHADOW OF A DOUBT.”
“Shadow of a Doubt” will be finally shown tonight.
“MAN POWER."
In an outstanding drama, “Man Power,” at the Regent Theatre tomorrow night, there will be seen a strong trio, Edward G. Robinson, Marlene Dietrich and George Raft, in one of the most gripping stories ever brought to the screen. It is a picture which wiL make an immediate appeal on accoun ■ of its vividness and all-round brilliance. „ . . An excellent “short,” “The Price of Victory,” is a most thrilling story. As the Vice-President of the United States, Mr Henry A. Wallace states, when referring to the war, “there can be no half measures,” and this excellent offering points this out in a most dramatic manner. It is certainly one of the best pictures of its kind ever brought before theatre patrons.
