Kirov, has resigned, following a stormy secret session of the Bulgarian Parliament, in which the Government's foreign policy was sharply criticised, says the “Svenska Dagbladet’s'’ Budapest correspondent. The Opposition leader, M. Mashanov, declared that if the Government was unable to prevent the Germans using Bulgaria as a military base, which would inevitably result in Bulgaria becoming a battlefield, then the Governmust be replaced by one better able to safeguard the country’s interests.
