WAR ANNIVERSARY GREETINGS (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 10.55 a.m.) CHUNGKING, December 8. President Chiang Kai-shek has sent greetings and good wishes to President Roosevelt and Mr Churchill on the occasion of the second anniversary of the outbreak of the Pacific war. He expressed confidence in the outcome of the war and in the peace to follow, pnd praised the Pacific Conference in Cairo for its strengthening of tripartite relations. President Chiang also sent messages to Messrs Fraser, Curtin, Mackenzie King, Quezon and Gerbrandy.
