OTHERWISE DISPOSE OF any of them, whether new or used, without the prior written consent of the Factory Controller. (b) Nothing in clause (a) hereof shall apply to the sale, transfer or other disposal of any of them to the following persons:—Singer Sewing Machine Co., Wellington, Auckland, Christchurch ’and Dunedin; Pizzey, Mclnnes, Ltd., Wellington, Auckland, Christchurch; H. Woodhead, Dunedin; H. A. Tuck and Co., Wellington and Auckland; Glendermid, Ltd., Christchurch and Dunedin; Capron Carter Proprietary, Ltd, Wellington; G. H. Mooney and Co, Ltd, Wellington and Christchurch; the Industrial Machine Co, Auckland; C. W. Bleakley, Wellington. (c) Each person referred to in clause (b) hereof shall, within ten days after the close of each month, furnish to the Factory Controller full written details of any of them acquired by that person during that month, the names of the vendors, the prices paid, and the serial numbers of the machines. (d) Within seven days of the importation of any of them the importer shall furnish to the Factory Controller full written particulars of the importation, including the serial- numbers of the machines.
