SPLENDID SPIRIT
OF 'BRITISH WAR WORKERS. TOUR BY DOMINION AIRMEN. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) LONDON, December 4. In celebration of the completion of the fiftieth tour organised by the Ministry of Information to enable members of the New Zealand and Australian \(\ir Forces to see Britain at work and at home, Press conferences was held at the Ministry at which members of the most recent tour which concludes on Friday were present. New Zealanders who participated in this and previous tours were Pilot Officers H. E. Brumby, Auckland, T. A. Morgan, Hawera,. A. O. Ellis, Auckland, and Sergeant' M. L. Clark, Wellington. The tourists visited a wide range of war factories in-various parts of the country, including aircraft and aeio engine plants and a naval shipyard. They were billeted each night .with private families. All paid the highest tributes to the splendid spirit of Britain’s war workers and were specially impressed by the work of the women.
