IN THE NOVEMBER BOMBING OF GERMANY NEARLY 8,000 TONS DROPPED DURING DAYLIGHT ATTACKS (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, December 2. United States bombers flying from bases in Britain dropped nearly 8000 tons of high-explosive and incendiary bombs on Germany and Nazi-occupied Europe in November. This total is greater than that for any previous month. Altogether, in November, about 21,000 tons of bombs were dropped on Hitler's Europe. It has already been announced’ that the R.A.F. dropped about 13,000 tons of bombs.
