CHURCH SERVICES
1 The Holy Communion will be celebrated in St. Mattnew's enurch tomorrow at 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Arcdeacon Rich will preach both in the morning and evening and at Taueru at 2.30 p.m. Captain H. Sutcliffe, C.A., will conduct the service at Kuripuni at 7 p.m. . . Services in the Knox Presbyterian Church tomorrow will be conducted .by the Rev. D. W. Storkey. The morning subject will be “Vanguard and. Rearguard” and the topic in the even■ing, “Propaganda.” At the Ruhamah Gospel Hall tomorrow services .will be held at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m., with Sunday School at 2.30 p.m. At the Masterton Methodist Church tomorrow the Rev. G. ft. Goodman will preach at both services. At Kuripuni at 7 p.m. Mr T. F. Mannell yzill conduct the service. Mr Goodman will hold a service at Wangaehu at 2 p.m. tomorrow.
The Baptist Church will. hold services at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. tomorrow. In the morning the subject will be “Love’s Memorial,” while in the evening Pastor D. R. Edwards will continue the special series of addresses with the interesting question “Is Life a Gamble?” A “friendly hour” will be held at the close of the evening service.
