SEDGLEY HOME
ANNUAL GIFT DAY. A considerable quantity of produce and stores was received at Sedgley Boys’ Home, Masterton, yesterday, on the occasion of the annual gift day. Those present commented favourably on the appearance of the home and the grounds. Mr H. B. Gordon, president, and Mr A. S. Kempthorne, secretary, of the Anglican Boys’ Home Society, were present. Mr Gordon expressed the society’s appreciation of the efforts made in Masterton and district in support of the home. The welfare of the boys in the home was. he said, most satisfactory. The home was practically full.
