KILLED IN CRASH

MEMBER OF BRITISH MISSION IN PACIFIC. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) SYDNEY, November 30. Lieutenant Colonel C. V. Ferrey, a member of a British military mission visiting the Pacific war zone, was killed in an aircraft accident in New Guinea. The leader of the mission, Major General Lethbridge, said that Colonel Ferrey’s death would be the greatest loss to the mission. He was a man of vast experience and an expert on wheeled vehicles. He had served in [France, Dunkirk and in the Middle East.
