AIRFIELD IN BENGAL
RAIDED BY JAPANESE BOMBERS TWO ENEMY PLANES SHOT DOWN. FOUR OTHERS DAMAGED. LONDON, November 30. A New Delhi message states that Japanese bombers, escorted by fighters, attacked an airfield in Eastern Bengal yesterday. Only slight damage was caused. Allied fighters shot down two enemy planes, and damaged four more without loss to themselves.
