MANY CASUALTIES
IN BRITISH CHAPLAINS CORPS. CALL FOR REINFORCEMENTS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, November 28. Tlie casualties in the Army Chaplains Corps have been so serious —proportionately they are higher than any other army unit —that another 500 chaplains are required immediately, says the “Daily Mail.” The War Office list of chaplains, who have all volunteered, has grown since the outbreak of the war from 120 to 4000. More than 120 are prisoners, 38 have been killed in action or died of wounds, seven are missing, and many more have been wounded.
