Commenting on the speech in which the Prime Minister (Dr. Salazar) gave details of Japanese murder, robbery and devastation in Timor, the “Jornal Docomercio” says: “To get Timor back and repair the violence and crime, Portugal must be ready for any sacrifices. Time and circumstances combine to bring closer the moment when complete reparation will be exacted.'’
