THOUSAND DEAD
AS RESULT OF EARTHQUAKE IN TURKEY LARGE NUMBER OF PEOPLE INJURED. SHOCK ALSO IN BENGAL. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON. November 28. A severe earthquake in Turkey is reported to have caused 1000 deaths, a somewhat larger number of people having been seriously injured. An earthquake is reported to have occurred also in Bengal.
