JUDGE’S AWARDS. The judging of the entries received in connection with the Parkvale School Calf Club was carried out by Mr W. Campin Junr. After making his awards the judge gave a practical demonstration to the children on types. When thanking the judge for his- services, the chairman of the school committee congratulated the children on bringing the calves. and lambs forward in excellent condition. Afternoon tea was served by ladies oi the committee. ' The prize-winners were:— CALVES. Dairy type: Lola Thomas, 1; Barry Roberts, 2; Graham Swinerd, 3.
