STATE THEATRE

“ABOUT FACE.” Tonight’s programme will be headed by the outstanding comedy, “About Face.” It is presented by Hal Roach, one of the greatest of comedy producers, and is a brilliant picture, sparkling with happy scenes and clever dialogue. It is classed as a streamline comedy, and chronicles all the daffy doings of the draftqrs in the funniest army comedy seen on the screen for some time. It is a riot of fun, with not a dull moment in the whole picture. Patrons should not miss seeing this clever comedy, in which the principal characters are portrayed by William Tracy and Joe Sawyer. The supporting feature is another Hal Roach comedy hit, “Brooklyn Orchid,” with Joe Sawyer and Marjorie Woodworth in the chief roles.
